Preparations

This entry is one in which I hope to catch you up on the initial preparations I went through in preparing to adopt. A big part is mentally becoming ready to parent but other signficant steps included buying a house, for example. I'll add to it as I have time, for the sake of completeness, but I'm a bit busy for that right now.
